The Space

This property is perfect for two families travelling together or travelling with the in-laws and wanting to enjoy a quintessential Australian beach holiday with world class beach at your doorstep.

Tastefully furnished with a relaxed beachside feel this large home is split over two levels. Cooking is a breeze with the open plan living design on both levels allows families to socialise and entertain while preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchens.

The two fully self contained levels each includes kitchen, living and dining areas. Plus upstairs has three bedrooms all with queen beds and one bedroom with an ensuite plus a main bathroom.The upstairs living and dining areas open out to the large tiled veranda perfect for entertaining and overlooks the grassed backyard onto the ocean.

Downstairs you will find, as well as the kitchen, living & dining area there are also three bedrooms - two bedrooms with queen beds and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Also a bathroom with bath & separate shower room and fully equipped laundry.

Wake up to the sound of the waves with a coffee on the veranda while watching the ocean, then head down to the beach for a morning swim and stroll. Visit the tourist destination of The Entrance with kids playgound and pelican feeding or head 5 minutes up the road for a game of golf at the Magenta Shores Golf Course. After a day of activities relax back at the house while watching the kids play in the fully fenced backyard.

Local area description

The North Entrance beach is flanked to the north by Wyrrabalong National Park and to the south by The Entrance Channel opening to Tuggerah Lakes. The Entrance is always a hive of activity. The waterfront park hosts a vibrant range of free family entertainment with live performances at the open air Sails Stage. Throughout the year, crowds of people enjoy the range of special events and festivals, while on the first and third Saturday's of each month, fresh locally farmed produce is available at the seaside Farmers Markets.

Open for discovery is Tuggerah Lakes. Hit the 12 kmcycleway- don't worry about packing your bike as there are plenty available to hire in the summertime. Take your lunch and stop along the way at one of the picnic and barbeque areas scattered round the lake.

House rules

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
