This charming two-bedroom unit with parking is metres from Fairlight Beach and Delwood Beach. It’s also next to the waterfront Fairlight Walk, which takes you into the hub of Manly’s shopping, dining and entertainment in about 15 minutes. The unit has a lovely coastal feel with timber finishes and open-plan dining and living with large sliding glass doors capturing ocean views. Both bedrooms are sunlit and share a modernised bathroom. There’s also a spacious kitchen and external laundry.

Local area description

Fairlight is the slightly less busy neighbour of Manly. The quieter neighbourhood has its fair share of beaches, which are popular for tide pooling, snorkelling, scuba diving and swimming. It’s also connected to the famous beaches and various shopping and dining spots in Manly by the Fairlight Walk, which hugs the coastline. As you head north away from the water, Fairlight offers a number of coffee spots and includes the Manly Golf Club.

Public transport
The Manly Wharf ferry terminal is about 950 metres away and has regular ferries into the Sydney CBD in around 30 minutes. There are bus stops along Lauderdale Avenue with multiple lines servicing the surrounding area.

Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without prior approval of MadeComfy
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to
MadeComfy, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
