Escape to the seaside in style at this opulent Northern Beaches home. Nestled in the bush overlooking the beaches and city skyline, the house has been designed for outdoor living. Each of the two levels has its own palatial terrace with sliding doors and high-quality outdoor furniture. You can entertain outside using the grill, or cook with the European kitchen appliances. There are four spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for kids. Visitors will love the bushwalk to the beach.

The Space

This epic Hollywood Hills style home sits high above the Northern Beaches, with huge terraces overlooking the Pacific Ocean on two floors. With two bedrooms on each of the home’s two levels and three luxury bathrooms, including two en-suites, there’s plenty of space for families and groups. Two cars fit in the carport, and there’s even a dedicated bush walk down to Newport Beach next to the property. There are two short flights of stairs from street level into the property and one set of internal stairs.

Local area description

Set on the high ground between Newport and Pittwater, Bilgola Plateau is an exclusive enclave in the heart of the Northern Beaches. The pace of life here isn’t fast. It’s all about kicking back in the sun and maybe popping down to the beach for a coffee (or maybe not). With the plateau park and nearby outdoor activities, it’s a great spot for families – or anyone looking to relax.

Public transport
The L90 bus heads down the Northern Beaches to the city and leaves on Barrenjoey Rd.

Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially later at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds that of taking a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.

- Baggage Storage: For security reasons we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

- Heating/Air conditioning is only available in the living area/ Portable fans and heaters in bedrooms
- This house is located in a quiet, residential area. Our neighbours and visitors are here to enjoy the beauty and peace and quiet of the northern beaches.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:



- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without prior approval of MadeComfy
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- The property is in a bushfire zone, so strictly no smoking on the property.
- Please ensure to abide by the local government restrictions in relation to Covid19.

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property


Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to
MadeComfy, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.


IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.


Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:



- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
