Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction of the property.

- Cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival will receive a refund of 100% minus card processing fee*
- Cancellation within 48 hours of your check-in will receive a refund of 50% minus card processing fee*
- If you cancel after your stay has started or you alter your booking midway through, the remaining nights in the reservation are non-refundable. If you have more than 30 nights left in your reservation, only the next 30 nights are non-refundable
