Please keep noise level at a minimum between 10pm-8am in consideration to our neighbours.

Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction of the property.

Cancellation policy

For check-in between 1 Feb and 30 Nov

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival will receive a refund of 100% minus card processing fee*
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of your check-in will receive a refund of 50% minus card processing fee*
  • If you cancel after your stay has started or you alter your booking midway through, the remaining nights in the reservation are non-refundable. If you have more than 30 nights left in your reservation, only the next 30 nights are non-refundable

For check-in between 1 Dec and 31 Jan

  • Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival will receive a refund of 100% minus card processing fee*
  • Cancellation within 5 days before your check-in will receive a refund of 50% minus card processing fee*
  • If you cancel after your stay has started or you alter your booking midway through, the remaining nights in the reservation are non-refundable. If you have more than 30 nights left in your reservation, only the next 30 nights are non-refundable
*3% is deducted for the card processing fee which was included in the total price of your stay
