Guest access

You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. The apartment is located in Block B. When facing the main entrance, move down Wentworth Street slightly to the stairs leading to Block B beside the parking garage entrance. Go up the stairs, open the building gate and follow the path to the entrance. Use the fob on the panel on the left-hand side to open the building door. Go down a few steps and turn left at the end of the hallway. The apartment door should be on your left-hand side.

Local area description

Manly is an affluent neighbourhood famed as one of Sydney’s surf havens with Manly Beach and a range of point breaks. It attracts travellers seeking a relaxed coastal vibe only 30 minutes by ferry from the Sydney CBD. Coastline walks reveal numerous headlands with panoramic Sydney and Pacific Ocean views, while much of Manly’s cosmopolitan style can be found within its bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques along The Corso.

Public transport
The Manly Wharf ferry terminal is about 350 metres away and has regular ferries into the Sydney CBD in around 30 minutes. There are bus stops along West Esplanade with multiple lines servicing the surrounding area.

Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.

- To start the barbecue, open the gas canister and push the knob while turning it
- From the parking garage, use the lift for Block A to reach street level, then walk to the entrance for Block B

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without prior approval of MadeComfy
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to
MadeComfy, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
