It’s also a 10-minute walk from Bronte Park, Bronte Baths and Tamarama Beach. The unit is surrounded by verdant trees and has stunning ocean and sunrise views. It has a great kitchen, two dining areas and a cosy living room. The bedroom and furnished balcony overlook the leafy treetops and water. Nearby train station make exploring Sydney easy.

Local area description

Located about seven kilometres from the Sydney CBD, Waverley is a charming suburb along the New South Wales coastline. The neighbourhood centres around a lovely shopping and dining strip along Bronte Road, complete with vintage sellers, pubs and Asian eateries. Waverley is also a great launching pad for visiting Bronte Beach, Tamarama Beach and Bondi Beach, along with Queens Park and the Bronte Baths.

Public transport
The Bondi Junction subway station is about 1.5 kilometres away and has multiple train lines servicing the Sydney CBD in around 10 minutes. There are bus stops along Carrington Road and Bronte Road with multiple lines servicing the surrounding suburbs and Sydney CBD.

Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
