- The sofa bed will not be made in advance. Any guests required to use a sofa bed should request it.
- The property is not suitable for infants, young children or elders as it's 48 stairs up to the entrance
- There is a security entrance to the unit block with intercom to the unit. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so you need to walk upstairs
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and also in the common areas of the property
- There is Street Parking available with permit. Parking Permit located in the kitchen wall.
