This spacious unit has a prime location with short walks or free trams to all of the Melbourne CBD’s world-famous attractions, malls and dining hubs. It’s also well-connected to Melbourne’s beaches and stadiums via trains from Southern Cross Station across the road. The unit captures city views from both bedrooms and its private balcony. It also has a study nook, separate toilet, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining. The unit has access to a communal gym and free parking.

One bedroom has two single beds, while the other has a queen-size bed and study nook. The living room has a three-person sofa, an occasional chair and adjoining balcony. Public transport
The Spencer St/La Trobe St tram station is right outside and has regular lines servicing the Melbourne CBD. Southern Cross Station is 600 metres away and has multiple trains accessing the inner and outer suburbs. There are also bus stops along Spencer Street.

Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.

NOTICE OF WORKS - Tramline upgrade
- Yarra Trams has advised they will be carrying out an upgrade to their tramline which will impact vehicle access to the building. The works are expected to take two (2) weeks and have been scheduled for the following period: 10: 30pm Friday 12 July 2024 - 4am Saturday 27 July 2024.
- Please be aware that construction is taking place in front of the entrance and carpark. Access to the building remains available, but guests may need to ask the tradies for assistance with the carpark, as they will need to remove a gate on Spencer St to allow access to and use of the garage. The early works will occur from Friday, 14 June to Friday, 16 August, between 7 PM and 5 AM. Major works are scheduled from 10:30 PM, Friday, 16 August to 4 AM, Friday, 30 August 2024, with 24-hour operations.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know


- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
