Drenched with natural light and boasting panoramic views of the Yarra River and Port Phillip Bay from floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, our stunning two-bedroom apartment is a great base for exploring Melbourne. Close to major attractions like Etihad Stadium, the Melbourne Convention Centre, Crown Casino and Southbank, it's also a short (and free) tram ride to the city. The place itself is immaculate, with modern furnishings, private parking, luxury extras and all the comforts of home.

Set in an iconic Docklands building, everything in our apartment is contemporary, from the kitchen to the furniture. The view fills the space, and sitting on the balcony at sunset is an unbeatable experience. The extras are incredible as well, including a pool, gym and landscaped barbeque area.

Local area description
Gleaming new apartment blocks line the Yarra River at Docklands, a modern addition to the Melbourne CBD. It's all built to make the most of the waterfront: whether that means walking, cycling, having a bite to eat or simply admiring the view from 25 floors up. Hop on the iconic 40 storey Melbourne Star Observation wheel, or try to catch an AFL game at Etihad Stadium: it's about as Melbourne as you can get.

House rules
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
