Guest access

- From the street use your fob to gain access to the building and use it again to open the second glass door. The lift is located on the end of the hallway (right side), which requires the fob to access. Make your way to LV 4, turn left and the front door is on the left. You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. - Key collection is offsite, 800 meters from the property and not available 24/7. Further details will be provided 3 days before check-in if your booking is successfully reserved.

New Farm is a breezy Brisbane suburb known for its namesake park and for being a leafy residential area. Set along the northern shores of the Brisbane River enjoy the numerous riverside BBQ spots, picnic areas and the aforementioned Riverwalk. With a vibrant cafe and restaurant scene centred around Brunswick St, New Farm offers quaint alternatives to the bustling city food scene. Home to the Brisbane Powerhouse and Merthyr Village Shopping Centre, the suburb offers a number of events year round that keeps the suburb feeling thriving and fresh.

There are two bus stops located on the same road as the property operating a route to Commercial Rd (Vernon Tce), New Farm (Mountford Rd), West End Ferry and Fairfield Gardens.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.

Other things to note:
- The only on-site parking available is visitor parking in the car park. There's a parking permit lanyard available, though the street has a 4pm-6pm clearway. Free parking on Kent Street available.

House rules

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
