Guest access

You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. Access the apartment complex using Entrance 3 along Miller Street. Use the fob on the black panel on the front gate to enter. Turn right towards the glass building door and use the fob again. Once inside the building, use the fob on Lift 3 and take it to level one. Turn left out of the lift and follow the hallway. Descend some stairs and continue straight until you reach apartment 11 on the right-hand side. The parking entrance is on Ernest Street. You’ll need the fob to open the gate. Park in the number 11 parking spot and use Lift 3 or Lift 4 to access the apartment complex.

Other things

When you arrive at the property you will find the kitchen is equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. We also provide top-quality linens and towels.

Please keep noise level at a minimum between 10pm-8am in consideration to our neighbours.

Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction of the property.

Cancellation policy

For check-in between 1 Feb and 30 Nov

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival will receive a refund of 100% minus card processing fee*
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of your check-in will receive a refund of 50% minus card processing fee*
  • If you cancel after your stay has started or you alter your booking midway through, the remaining nights in the reservation are non-refundable. If you have more than 30 nights left in your reservation, only the next 30 nights are non-refundable

  • Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival will receive a refund of 100% minus card processing fee*
  • Cancellation within 5 days before your check-in will receive a refund of 50% minus card processing fee*
